Once your purchase is processed, Etsy will send you an email containing a link to a PDF file. This PDF file will provide access to all the available file sizes for your poster prints. These files are securely stored online.
Alternatively, you can also access your purchased files by logging into your Etsy account and navigating to the 'Purchases and reviews' section. Locate the specific order and click on 'Download Files' to be redirected to the Downloads page, where you will find all the files attached to your order.

What file format are the digital prints in? What size/resolution are the digital files?
The print files will be delivered to you in both PDF and JPG formats, ensuring compatibility across various devices and printing options. Our files are provided in a range of print sizes, including 2:3 Ratio, 3:4 Ratio, 4:5 Ratio, 11x14, and ISO standard sizes.
Rest assured that all our files are print-ready, high-resolution files. This means they are optimized for quality printing and will produce sharp and vibrant results when printed.
Can I use the digital print for commercial purposes or only for personal use?
The digital files provided are intended for personal use only. This means you can enjoy printing and displaying them in your own space, or gifting them to friends and family. What if I'm not satisfied with the quality of the digital file?
